Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 99 === Attracting talented elites to increase organizational competency has become the main target in the organization. The study focuses on realizing the influences of corporate image on prospective employees, and the corporate image is separated into three sub-dimensions based on CBR theory as follows: customer orientation, reliable and financially strong company, and socially environmental responsibility. On the other hand, compensation and benefit system plays a critical role in applicants’ minds, so the study also regards the system as the moderating effect, sub-dimensions including pay structure, benefit administration, and variable payment process. The study discusses the influences of these two independent variables on the prospective employees. In addition, the study reveals the different perspectives in on-job workers, Bachelor graduates, and Master graduates. To achieve the above targets, the study separates the questionnaires into versions: One is for 187 on-job workers, and the other is for 169 undergraduate seniors in college or graduate students. The questionnaires are delivered through Northern, Central, and Southern Taiwan financial companies and colleges and Structural Equation Model is used to analyze the data. The outcome shows that even the three study groups (financial workers, bachelor and Master Graduates) are all affected by corporate image and the moderation effect of compensation and benefit system; Master graduates are the most suitable of the study. Finally, the study provides both theoretical and practical discussion and suggestion for later researchers.
