| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 資訊教育研究所 === 99 === Advancement and applications of computer and Internet technology changed many aspects of the living of human beings. To match up with the developing trend in information era, the discussion of life of information should focused on all level of folks in our society, to further construct the referential indices of constructing information literacy for nationals in the digital society. This research focused on the often-used digital functions for middle-old age generation, and the correct attitude of using information technology, to promote the fundamental information literacy for being a national in the Internet society, with expectations to supplement the competitive competency of government in the era of information technology. From nine issues of digital citizenship and information literacy, this research discussed the indices of construction for fundamental ability and concepts for digital nationals in Internet society.
