Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 99 === The main purpose of this study was to research into the relationship among parent-child interaction, life stress and well-being for the junior high school students. The instruments used in the study included “Background Information Inventory”, “Parent-child Interaction Scale ”, “Life Stress Scale”and “Well-Being Scale”. Questionnaire survey was adopted as the research methods in this research. The 676 subjects were selected with stratified random sampling strategy from junior high schools in original Kaohsiung City and Kaohsiung County. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, dependency sample variance analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The parent-child interaction of the junior high school students were totally at the upper middle degree. Among the scales scores, “psychological intimacy” and“parent-child interaction” were the highest. 2. The life stress of the junior high school students were at the lower degree. Among the scales scores, “academic pressure” was the highest. 3. The well-being of the junior high school students were at the lower degree. Among the scales scores, “interpersonal harmony” was the highest. 4. The junior high students’ parent-child interaction varied with their background. 5.The junior high students’ life stress varied with their background. 6.The junior high students’ well-being varied with their background. 7. The parent-child interaction of the junior high school students had significant negative correlation with their life stress. 8. The parent-child interaction of the junior high school students had significant positive correlation with their well-being. 9. The life stress of the junior high school students had significant negative correlation with their well-being. 10. The parent-child communication can be used as a predictable index on the well-being. It can be predicted up to 39.1% variation of the whole well-being. According to the conclusions,several suggestions are provided for the parents,the schools,the junior high school students and the future studies.
