A survey research was conducted with questionnaires. The Subjects of this study are 930 5th and 6th grades of public primary School in Kaohsiung City. After analyzing the collected data, by Descriptive Statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis, the main findings of the study are as follows: 1. Parents of 5th and 6th grades students in primary school in Kaohsiung City have quite high inclination to participate in children’s learning activities. Among the scales scores, it belongs to the upper middle level. 2. Among the scales scores, the highest frequency of parents’ participation is “understanding learning situation”, while “helping teachers teaching” is the lowest. 3. The well-being of 5th and 6th grades students in primary school in Kaohsiung City is good and at the upper middle level. Among the scales scores, “Interpersonal Relationship” is the highest, while “Physical and Mental Health” is the lowest. 4. The parents’ participation in their children’s learning activities of students in primary school in Kaohsiung City varies with their different backgrounds. 5. The well-being of students in primary school in Kaohsiung City varies with different backgrounds. 6. There is a significant positive relationship between parents’ participation in their children’s learning activities and well-being of the students in primary school in Kaohsiung City. 7. With respect to the prediction of well-being, “arrange and take care of leisure activity” is the most critical, while join a test” affects it least. On the basis of the findings, they provide the suggestions of practical work and further research for education institute, school, parents, and students in primary schools.
