Summary:碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 99 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the present situation among “the principals’ servant-leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and school effectiveness in junior high schools”, analyzing the relationship and difference among those variables. Then according to the results , summarized and brought up available suggestions to offer reference for the educational or school administrational authority, teachers and future researches. This study used questionnaire survey and sampled 600 teachers in public junior high school in Kaohsiung and Pingtung Areas, and got 513 valid questionnaires. The conclusions of the study were summarized as follows: 1.The principals’ servant-leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and school effectiveness in junior high schools all were at middle-high level. 2. Some Demographical variables reached significant difference level in principals’ servant-leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and school effectiveness. 3. The relationship among Variables of principals’ servant-leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and school effectiveness is positive. 4.The principals’ servant-leadership and the teachers’ job satisfaction had remarkable prediction on school effectiveness.
