Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 99 === The research is to build a relation model to learn how the teachers of Nan-Shin Elementary School use on line knowledge management system. The structure is base on UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), enhanced with related knowledge management literature review, as well as developed the theory model of this research. The key objectives is to analyze the effect of using on line knowledge management system among elementary teachers through below perspectives: “performance expectancy”, “effort expectancy”, “social influence” and “facilitating conditions” This research is also using Structural Equation Modeling to verify the theory model through validity test, confirmatory factor analysis, model fitness, path analysis and disturbance variable analysis. Hence are the research findings: 1. There’s no significant difference between teacher’s performance and usage of on line knowledge system. It’s effect by the ability of knowledge management of information persons. 2. There’s a highly positive effect between social members’ effort expectance and usage of on line knowledge system. However, it won’t effected by organization culture and ability of knowledge management of information persons 3. Social members’ social influence plays an important role of knowledge sharing, but it won’t effected by organization culture and ability of knowledge management of information persons. Finally, the research also provided some suggestions to knowledge enforce team of Nan-Shin Elementary School.
