In order to approach the research purpose above, the research is conducted by questionnaire investigation, listed the questionnaire of Computer Learning Motivation and Learning Satisfaction with Elders by documentary analysis. The questionnaire is applied on the students of elder educational organizations in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area, 750 questionnaires totally delivered. There were 581 questionnaires in the valid samples and the valid return rate was 77.46%. The data are collected and statistically analyzed. In the last section, finding and conclusion are provided, and suggestions are also offered based on the research result. There are six conclusions bellow. 1. The computer learning motivation of elders falls in highly cognitive interest field. 2. The learning satisfaction of elders falls in highly teacher’s teaching field. 3. The computer learning motivation of elders varies with backgrounds. 4. The learning satisfaction of elders varies with backgrounds. 5. The computer learning motivation of elders had relationship with learning satisfaction. 6. The level of economical situation and the computer learning motivation of elders vary with learning satisfaction According to the above conclusions, the research provides some suggestions. 1. Elder educational organizations should realize the computer learning motive orientation of elders, and the courses should be designed for diversity. 2. They could construct a complete non-barrier learning environment and expand the target people. 3.
