The research adopts the action research and questionnaire investigation, and uses the teachers, patriarch and third grade classmates of Si-Wei primary school in Kaohsiung City as the research objects to establish the research questions which are the need of building children’s basic competence in Mandarin, mathematics, social, and the effective teaching strategy. It also plans the teaching programs and carry out these programs. By using teaching notes, observing record, learning measurement and self-criticizing consideration, it can evaluate the results after carrying out the teaching programs and provides the experience in curriculum teaching for every middle-grade teacher. The researcher attributes the results of this study and achieves the following conclusions: 1. The implemention of the whiteboard teaching third-gradestudents significantly improve learning motivation. 2. The implemention of the whiteboard teaching third-gradestudents significantly improve satisfaction. 3. The implemention of the whiteboard teaching third-gradestudents significantly improve the performance part. 4, The implemention of the whiteboard teaching in theimplementation of teaching third grade there is a remarkable success. 5. After implementing teaching programs of subjects in this research based on ability, the reflections are: (a) It would be better for third graders to bring a number of pedagogical games presented in a way. (b) Teaching materials should near the daily life as far as possible and teachers should make the best use of teaching aids. (c) On the group teaching, it is desirable to reward and competition for promotion effect.
