Use of the system to help users correctly, quickly select the appropriate type of bearing, rated load, speed limit and other related factors, and calculate the stiffness of the size. The programming of the work platform is currently used very popularity of the Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 programming language written in Combined with an Access database, for the complexity of the bearing type and quantity models, empirical formula and calculation of some spindle-related production a design system, in addition to the development of the database data acquisition system, the issue and hope to develop a program that the system user-friendly interface. Therefore; this paper, the parametric and interactive dialog box, the advantages in addition to immediate results, reduce errors, but also can save tedious calculation time, and look-up table process of human resources to improve quality and efficiency. And developed in this paper through the application, users can shorten the finding suitable bearings, spindle design-related parameters of the time. Benchmarks to measure the rigidity in the spindle design, obtain a better result.
