The purpose of Demand Responsive Transportation Service is to provide immediate supply. Many bus operators are considering to begin to reduce or stop the service. For this reason, an advanced of transit system service –DRTS (Demand Responsive Transport Service) is proposed by this study.
This study explores the factors that influence to build DRTS, and use AHP (analytic hierarchy process) to analyze the weighting of each factor and the data are acquired from Government departments、Academics、and Bus operators. Fuzzy AHP technique is used to find out the best choice.
The results of study indicate that Government should Set up Fully implement and establish a sound system of laws and subsidies. The results of this study are available local government and related organizations in the future to build a new system of reference.
