碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 運籌管理所 === 99 === The purpose of the study is to build workable logistic quality certification system and certificating process by literature review and cooperate with logistic relevant activity. The study adopts literature review and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to set up a questionnaire of Taiwan Logistic quality certification study to current logistic enterprise by randomly. There are 11 main principles in questionnaire level structure, includes purchase, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation & distribution, IT system & information sharing, cost, customer service, human resource, international logistic, reverse logistic and system diagnostic & consolidation. According to questionnaire collection data that reveals the sequence of logistic certification as following :customer service, IT and information sharing, warehousing, transportations and distribution , purchase, international logistic , cost, manufacturing, system diagnostic & consolidation, human resource, reverse logistic. The classification of Logistic enterprise is widely, the priority of certification could be various by enterprise’s major activity on logistic territory. Logistic quality certification is a positive way to enhance enterprise symbol. Under two reciprocal agreements of MOU, ECFA between both sides of Taiwan Strait are issued and signed recently, emphasis and mold MIT products, services into good quality, symbol and impetus Taiwan logistic service quality certification will has positive effectiveness on extending domestic and oversea market. It should be treated as one of main strategy for enterprise and government in future to raise Taiwan’ s placing in Asia Logistic territory and establish country’s competition advantage.
