The strategic alliance does have many advantages, but it also have to take a risk for failure,Cooperation if both sides try to grasp the important risk,Can help companies control and reduce the risk of loss . By the strategic alliances cooperation questionnaire which is designed through the documents retrospection, we can find out the key of risk and failure factors for every company. The two methods we use are Decision Making Trial And Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analysis Network Process (ANP), the former is analyzing the interdependence between every principle, and the later is calculating the balance between every principle. Finally, various forms of strategic alliances to be most concerned about the risk of financial position, the second is the company compatibility. Transnational cooperation on the Financial Conditions of the most important and construction firms is more concerned than consultancy company , consultancy company is more concerned than construction firms on the Corporation Compatibility .
