Recent studies have indicated that through the architecture of web2.0 and social media services, it provide a platform for information integration and sharing, and allowing users to work with "6 degrees separated" members, the cloud computing architecture and distributed synchronous mode of operation, also bringing users the opportunity to work on different place, even different time zones for collaboration or build “Virtual Team”. In view of the current popularity of Internet communication services and contact the trend, our study suggests that either cloud computing or other social media services, enterprises will gradually recognize the great importance of their practical level. Now, a lot of companies have leading social interaction and collaborative knowledge creation’s concept into the organizational learning system. According to Bersin & Associates in 2007, an E-learning survey predicts that social learning systems (Social Learning), significant change the usual enterprise one-way learning system development in the future. The result not only showing that community will affecting organizational learning but causing the trend of enterprise’s globalization, and highlights that employees working on the environment without boundaries, as the result, enterprise’s knowledge exchange and collaboration to accelerate absorption and integration will be importance, now this trend of the new knowledge creation behavior in recent research called "Collaborative Knowledge Creation". In order to explore the social networking model collaborative knowledge creation, our study according to recently social learning and collaborative knowledge creation literature recent years, choosing Facebook, which having more than thirty million users on the world'' as the object of study, and using social capital and social networks theorem to build community’s environmental factor,examine the Collaborative Information Exchange, Absorb Capacity, and Knowledge Integration respectively as the process, and finally succeeded find out the Collaborative Knowledge Creation behavior model base on social media environment.
