In recent years the panel quality of customer demand have become high increasingly , so the flicker from the past to improve the panel factory manual adjustment of the Vcom voltage (positive and negative polarity in the middle of the LCD threshold voltage), advanced digital technology to adjust Vcom voltage, In this way the factory can reduce the number of flashes to adjust working hours, but also reduce the company''s production costs effectively, but the digital system in the human-machine interface Vcom adjustment has not been reached on the optimal value,in view of this, this study, Taguchi method ( Taguchi Method) and dual response surface method (Response Surface Methodology, RSM), the system flicker to adjust time and adjust the rate optimization, the quality characteristics of the target to achieve the best of purposes, as to enhance the quality and efficiency of production methods considered one.
