Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 99 === In recent years, automated optical inspection (AOI) in automotive headlamps has been very important for the headlamp manufacturing industrice. This study focuses on the development and manufacture of an AOI system for headlamp’s properties, which mainly include the light-shape and illuminance. The concept of graphic supervisory control is employed to combine LabVIEW software, light meter and programmable logic controller (PLC) for the motion control. In optical inspection, LabVIEW software is used to coordinate charge coupled device (CCD) camera interface to acquire data and process with image analysis. The light-shapes of headlamps are inspected according to whether or not they achieve the desired standard shapes of binary morphologic characterization. In the inspection process, we inspect light-shapes and illuminance values of headlamps, when PLC controls the machine to some assigned positions. The system’s main characteristic includes Fresnel lens, automated platform control and imaging inspection. From experiments, the inspection speed could achieve one piece about 40~45 seconds. The accurate rate of illuminance inspection approaches 100 % when the inspection in a dark room or the brightness of exterior environments is fixed.
