Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 99 === Vietnamese Service Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are becoming increasingly conscious of the importance of business model innovation. While companies may have extensive investments and processes for exploring new ideas, they often have little if any ability to innovate the business models through which these inputs will pass. So it makes good business sense for companies to develop the capability to innovate their business models. This study has explored the key indicators to business model innovation, which previous academic research has identified, as well as cognition in understanding these indicators. Study on some case companies in Vietnamese service industry are provided to underlined its importance, therein indicating how these companies innovate their business models. Those companies that focus on change management and service innovation management, as well as utilize resources from government policies have obviously elevated high quality for service and product, and continually benchmark their activities will get better performance within their industry sectors.
