However, having a precise selection on choosing a suitable bicycle for individual requirement is a good issue for consumers. We would like to establish the algorithms combined Fuzzy theory. The ideal product will be systemized by transferring from customer needs to an optimal function which contains the code of product features. We standardize nine major features in general bikes, each major feature is built up by more specific characteristics. Therefore, the Fuzzy theoretical function can generate precisely in customer needs according to these sophisticated program and ultimately optimize the identical product bike. Consequently, how we customize the product from a complex function to an appropriate application is the major factor of customer satisfaction.
