In the second part of this dissertation, the robust reliable guaranteed cost control for T-S fuzzy systems with time-varying delay and linear fractional perturbations are investigated. By using Lyapunov approach, some sufficient conditions are provided to guarantee the stabilization for our considered T-S fuzzy systems. LMI optimization approach is applied to solve the H-infinite control and guaranteed cost control problems. The minimizations of H-infinite norm bound and guaranteed cost upper bound are found from LMI formulation.
