| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 海洋工程科技研究所 === 99 === The goal of this paper focuses on the establishment of information platform for boat manufacturing management. The platform is centered on boat projects, with the integration of information from business, technology, construction, material management departments. To improve production efficiency, improve quality of production, and reduce production cost, each department is able to retrieve real-time information, according to its access rights.
This paper establishes a client-server database system, and develops window-based application software. An integrated management system is included to manage data flow for production project, such as construction scheduling, man-power management, material requesting and supplying, and design drawing using, to help the realization of information automation. It is also designed to provide a more accurate estimation on cost of manufacture, such as analysis tools for revealing construction status, man-hour cumulative, material costs, during the period of boat production.
For a smooth transition during system switching, this paper develops a total solution, from database design and data transfer, to development of new application software, without changing the habit of end-user.
