Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 航運管理研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this research is to evaluate the service requirements of customs websites.In this research, the service attributes of customs websites are first examined from user(customs brokers) perspectives. Aa Fuzzy AHP model are then constructed to evaluate the weights of the service attributes, by which, coustoms officers may make policies in improving the service quality of websites. As an empirical study, the website of Kahshiung Costoms Office (KCO) was employed to validate the research model. The results indicate that the top five service atrributes in need of improvement for KCO website are: Accuracy of website information, Integrity and richness of information, Browsing speed of web page, and Easiness of information search and page reading. The results may provide practical information for Costoms Offices in improving their service quality of websites.
