Training not only can cultivate employees'' professional knowledge, skills and attitude, but also can enhance employees'' commitment to the organization, but the enterprise always neglect the maintenance of staff training transfer behavior, if can find the key factors of the maintenance of staff training transfer behavior that it will be good in training transfer effectiveness. Besides, organizations have different training transfer climate, which will influence employees’ behavior. This thesis used 30 executive samples, and 900 employee samples from the international tourist hotels. Using hierarchical linear modeling, the impact of staffs'' self-efficacy on the training transfer behavior, the direct effect of training transfer climate on training transfer behavior, and the moderating effect of training transfer climate on the relationship between self-efficacy and training transfer behavior have been tested. The results are summarized as following. In the individual-level analysis, self-efficacy have influence on the training transfer behavior. In the group-level analysis, training transfer climate have cross level direct effects on training transfer behavior. Training transfer climate have cross level moderating effects on the relationship between self-efficacy and training transfer behavior.
