Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 機械與機電工程學系碩士班 === 99 === As the single point incremental forming only uses fixtures to clamp sheet metal, it is not confined to the molds. Hence, single point incremental forming not only can reduce the cost, but also can apply to the manufactures of custom-built medical equipment and panel of the auto industry. The surface roughness can reflect the appearance, precision and performance of workpiece. If the surface roughness and precision can promote in one forming process, it will reduce the time and cost for the second forming process. Surface roughness parameters are tool rotation (rpm), tool speed (mm/min), tool diameter (mm) and tool feed (mm). The Taguchi method is adopted to study the optimization of surface roughness. From comparison of the results of L9 experiments and Taguchi recommended optimal experiment, it shows that Taguchi experimental parameters can obtain better surface roughness.
