The Chong Lan Community Development Association toward to cultural diversities for former chairman Yung-Jung Shiau and current chairman Yu-Fen Chung. The starting is reconstruction of the Shiau''s temple. It laid the foundation gradually for Sung Lan Community.
In the paper, it had four parts; the first chapter is the motive, purpose, method and scope; the second chapter discussed theory and issues of development for the community; the third chapter discussed to change for Sung Lan Development Association. Finally, the forth chapter discussed faster changing cause the problems.
