Summary:博士 === 南華大學 === 企業管理系管理科學碩博士班 === 99 ===   The study aimed to exploring the impacts among organizational culture, strategy, technology, human resource development (HRD), transformational leadership, knowledge management and organizational effectiveness by using a hypothesis model. The model contends that organizational culture, technology, organizational strategy, and HRD are preconditions required for effective knowledge management is mediated and that effective knowledge management when moderating by transformational leadership are aimed at further improving organizational effectiveness in Research and Development (R&D) organization. The research institutes of Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) were asked to participate in the study. The total of 524 respondents was used for the data analysis, yielding effective response rate 69%. The results of study reveal that organizational culture, strategy, technology, HRD are significantly positive impact on knowledge management as well as on organizational effectiveness. In addition, knowledge management is a partial mediator between organizational factors (culture, strategy, technology, HRD) and organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, the study found that transformational leadership is effectively moderated in the relationship between knowledge management and organizational effectiveness.
