Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 99 === Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) are the integrated information systems that organizations used to manage internal and external resources for the purpose of facilitating the flow of information between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organization and manage the connections to outside stakeholders. However, the investment of ERP has seen a number of disappointments. We postulate that its emphasis of consolidate all business operations into a uniform and enterprise-wide system environment need all employees committee to the organization goal as a whole. In this paper, we propose a theoretical framework that base on the concept of Social Cognitive Theory to test environmental factors such as: organizational equity, job autonomy in effect on personal psychology (organizational commitment and psychological contract) and further affect the ERP usage for jog assignments. The results provide strong support for all hypotheses and account for 40% of the variance in ERP usage.
