The research samples were 2056 junior high students in Hsinchu city. The data were statistically analyzed by the descriptive statistics, Multivariate Analysis of Variance, Canonical Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis and Cluster Analysis. The research results were as follows: 1. The most junior high school students used under 7-hours internet; they access internet are about 4-6 years and the most use online games in the internet categories. 2. There were significant differences in the variable of different gender, grade, online time, internet accessing year, and online activity in terms of Internet addiction. 3. There was no interaction effect between life stress and self-control in internet addiction of junior high school students. 4.
