In order to understand the involvement status of the educators of junior high schools, implementation difficulties and solution.s. as well as the influential factors of the implementation of the program for teaching enhancement policy, literature review and a questionnaire survey were conducted in this study. The subjects were educators of junior high schools in Miaoli County with different background variables. There are 338 questionnaires were distributed and 324 were retrieved, among which 313 questionnaires were valid with the respon.s.e rate of 95.8%. Descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the collected data. The results of the study were as follows: 1. As for the involvement of the program for teaching enhancement policy of the educators in Miaoli County, there is still room for improvement. 2. There were significant differences in the involvement of the program for teaching enhancement policy among educators with different background variables 3. The goal achieving status of the program for teaching enhancement policy as a whole perceived by educators was moderately high. 4. Educators of junior high schools in Miaoli had a higher identification with the individual goal achievements of “ehancing teachers’ professional knowledge” and “improving teachers’ teaching skills.” 5. The implementation difficulties of the program for teaching enhancement policy as a whole perceived by educators was moderately high. 6. Directors, section chiefs, and educators who served in schools with 7-12 classes had a higher identification with the individual implementation difficulty of “the burden of the school administrative personnel is heavy.” 7. The implementation solution.s. of the program for teaching enhancement policy as a whole perceived by educators was moderately high. 8. Directors and section chiefs of junior high schools in Miaoli had a higher identification with the individual implementation solution of “amending related laws to provide the basis of policy implementation.” 9. The influential factors of the implementation of the program for teaching enhancement policy perceived by educators was moderately high. 10.There were no significant differences in the perception.s. of the influential factors of the implementation of the program for teaching enhancement policy among educators with different background variables. At last, some specific suggestion.s. for educational administration in.s.titution.s., schools, and further studies were submitted based on the results of this study.
