Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 運籌管理學系 === 99 === The amounts of standing soldiers are more than officers in national defense’s personnel number. Besides, the serviced periods are shorter. At the same time, the supply frequency and the military budget is increasing year after year. In the past, the amounts of uniform supply are depended on the prediction counted by the data over the years. Without the accurate supply model, it always brought deficit or surplus for uniform supply. Therefore, it’s necessary to build the prediction model to raise the accuracy of amounts of uniform supply and use the military budget efficiently.
According to the above phenomenon, this thesis will build the prediction model for the requirement on navy soldiers’ winter uniform. However, there are many variances will affect the prediction model. This thesis uses four of these parameters, which are numbers of soldiers, stock numbers, budget of uniforms, and numbers to be replaced, as the primary variances. It predict the requirement amounts of navy soldiers’ winter uniform by using of transfer the actual data to the linguistic membership function and the fuzzy inference.
This thesis operates the above process by using of Fuzzy toolbox of MATLAB. Furthermore, the results confirm the accuracy the fuzzy rules with real data. This conclusion will provide the supply division reference for the requirement amounts of standing soldier uniform in the future.
