碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 財務管理學系 === 99 === Veterans, public and private nursing homes for this study, using factor analysis and regression models to discuss about care quality among the inter-agency differences, factors that affect the quality and the different measures of quality differences. And seek the best measure about care quality. The results show: (1) In the Veterans Home: falls, pressure ulcers and the emergency happen less; the public: the emergency and death is less; private institutions: the above situations perform variously.(2) In the measure of process(bad care), scale, occupancy , and turnover have significant impact.(3) The measure of outcome(death), scale and living arrangement has significant influence.
