Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 資訊管理學系 === 99 === Wiki has the feature that all users can freely edit the web pages with other users simultaneously. The knowledge Wiki provides depends on the contributions of the users. The purpose of this research is to study how Wiki applies the concepts of open, share and cooperation to build a knowledge share platform with the references from theory of planed behavior, theory of social exchange, altruism, management of virtual community and Wiki software. This case study builds a website with freeware Media Wiki. A class of postgraduates is selected as study targets. The study is divided into three stages. At the first stage, we just told the class to start using the website. Then seduction factors are added at the second stage and then additionally subjective norm are added at the third state. The usage history of each student during three stages is recorded and followed by sending out questionnaires to ask their feedbacks. What factors affect their willingness of knowledge sharing is analyzed. We found that subjective norm has a more obvious effect on knowledge share behavior than the seduction factors. Expectation for rewards is more seductive than promotion of reputation. Moreover, the close link among the content of the website, users’ need and design of seduction factors could stimulate users’ willingness to share. In addition, to build a website with the assumption of the research that subjective norm, expectation for rewards, promotion of reputation, altruism, unique purposes, integration of the content of website and ability of communication do have positive effects on the users’ knowledge share behavior.
