In this paper, we proposed a new concept of using elliptic curve cryptography, it have basic security requirement except the confidentiality, verifiability, and not be denied, the network is still able to cope with the attack on the common. This study has the following four advantages: (1) build up the fast and authentication mechanism. (2) doesn’t need the certificate centers participated the certification online in communication phase. (3) comply with the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation of other basic security needs. (4) provide the movable communication services between the different departments or units (across the network). (5) the ciphertext to be an avalanche effect.
