This research surveyed Chung-shan institute of science and technology. Totally 385 copies of the questionnaire were released; 306 valid copies were returned with a valid sample return rate of 79.5%. Through statistical analyses such as Pearson’s product moment correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses, our results show that social support would lead to a more effective voice behavior, social support affected voice behavior through the mechanisms of psychological safety.
