碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 資源管理及決策研究所 === 99 === This paper examines the relationship between the social support and voice behavior, the mediating effects of the psychological safety and the moderated effects of the psychological contract violation. This research surveyed Chung-shan institute of science and technology. Totally 385 copies of the questionnaire were released; 306 valid copies were returned with a valid sample return rate of 79.5%. Through statistical analyses such as Pearson’s product moment correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses, our results show that social support would lead to a more effective voice behavior, social support affected voice behavior through the mechanisms of psychological safety.
