Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 法律學系 === 99 === The human rights education are related to the constitution law 21, concerning the basic rights of compulsory education, and as well as law 11, academic freedom. It regards the students as the main body, and for the constitution of basic human rights, the priority goal is to indemnify the human rights of self-realization, making decision, and development; basically, the two had the same goal. Technically, to pass on the relevant concept of “Humans are Humans” in order to promote the protection of human rights; furthermore, it should start from living education like respecting ourselves, others, different ethic groups, and different sex. And from this learning process, we reach the ideal of respecting others’ basic rights, this is human rights education. The carrying out of the courses related to human rights education falls into seven fields. Through the creation of human rights education environment, as well as the process and teaching methods like “empirical”, “interactive”, and “Participatory”, it may help students in getting acquainted with the value and concept of human rights; moreover, to understand the value system of respecting human dignity, and to practice in protecting human rights. However, the impediments of human rights education, is the long rooted traditional special power relationship in the concept of schools and teachers. It was until the interpretation of Lord Chancellor on constitution law 382, which opened up the small door to “special power relationship”; and after that, when the interpretation of Lord Chancellor on 684 was out, students’ range of litigation rights were broadened. And this protected the interests of students. That is to say, in the school’s education environment, regarding students as the main body and to emphasize the importance of human rights education is the role of a friendly campus. It is expected the people that constitutes the school campus to understand the contents of human rights education, at the same time practice and emphasize “friendliness, justice, respect”. It is not only the teachers being friendly to students, but also principal to the staffs; and between students, there should always be friendly attitudes when treating each other. In this way, respecting and tolerating others enables the human rights education to be known by the whole school, in order to establish a friendly campus.
