The Ministry of National Defense spend a great deal of manpower, material resources, and financial capability to enlist the 18 to 26 year-old young volunteer soldier and have significant effect since 2003.But the volunteer soldier retirement problem was serious. The research investigate the connection of enlistment motivation and psychological capital on adjustment of volunteer soldier by Maslow,s motivation demand. The research found:(1)Volunteer soldiers join the army since safety and social demand show the positive and obvious effect in the military relationship and emotion adaption.(2)The psychological capital show apparent adjustment effect of military relationship and emotion adaption to volunteer soldiers enlist since self-respect and social demand.
According to the result, the research recommend:(1)Set up the sieve system of enlistment motivation to choose the staffs.(2)Do not recruit by pay and fringe benefits.(3)Add a new recruitment training subject:psychological capital.
