Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育行政與管理學系 === 99 === The main purpose of the study was to explore the experience of a female teacher who was once a principal. Self-narrative and interviews conducted the process. The aim is to investigate the relevance of professional growing experience, the idea of teaching and school managing, and real experiences about participating in the principal selection of elementary school and the adaption of being a teacher again. Finally, according to the results of collegiate system and the system of being teacher again, further suggestions were also discussed.
