The anlysis was conducted by data t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson’s product moment correlation. Six teacher were interviewed to get the idea of the surplus anticipant perception uncertainty impact and countermeasures of Elementary School Teacher,and obtin the data unavailable in the literatures in a semi-strucctured way.Conclusions below are summed up according to the generation,analysis and discussion in the present research: 1.The overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty and all aspects of perceptions among Elementary School Teacher in Hualien County are medium the level 2. No significant differences are the overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty with female and male Elementary School Teacher. 3. The entire surplus anticipant perception uncertainty of young teachers were higher than the old teachers. 4. The overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty and all aspects of perceptions among of the unmarried teachers were higher than married teachers . 5. The overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty and all aspects of perceptions among ofthe teachers who graduated from graduate schools were lower. 6. The overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty and all aspects of perceptions among of the junior teachers were higher than the senior teachers. 7 The overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty and all aspects of perceptions among of directors lower than the other teachers. 8. The overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty of the teacher who has been surplus higher than the teachers without the similar experiences. 9. Teacher who work in lage school own lower overall surplus anticipant perception uncertainty and all aspects of perceptions among than those in small chool. Eventually, based on the above conclusions, some suggestions were proposed for the administrators in education, teachers of elementary schools, and further researches.
