By taking the reference review as a fundamental basis, this thesis proposes a set of applicable decision making guidelines and directions. The five major directions which consist of a total of 24 guidelines are as follows: problem solving, support seeking, rational thinking, forfeit delaying, and self emotional adjustment. These directions and guidelines are provided as suggestions for the teachers within the thesis case studies on their decision making strategies under work stress. By applying decision making priority selected questionnaires, eight guidelines are first picked out in order. Following is the AHP weighted analysis questionnaire, which can be applied to understand how the teachers of each research case value the respective guidelines. By applying prioritized questionnaires, the eight prioritized guidelines are picked out. Then comes the AHP weighted analysis questionnaire and the weightings of each guidelines are analyzed. The applied eight guidelines and their respective weightings are: optimistic attitude thinking (8.9%), similar experience sharing (7.7%), emotional support from close friends (13.8%), stress release through planned vacations (9.2%), diverse work around solutions (26.5%), positive emotional management (17.2%), peer consulting (12.9%) , and lowering of anxiety through exercising (3.7%). Based on the analyzed research results, this thesis proposes decision making recommendations to effectively release the stress of the teachers in each of the case studies. Finally, by focusing in group discussions, we can understand the detailed forming process and feedback inputs of the decision making recommendations. These feedback inputs can be applied as future references in similar decision making models. They can also be applied by other schools for their own development of decision making models.
