These wireless communication products not only can be placed on the vehicles (such as Global Positioning System), but also can be portable devices (such as mobile phones). The radio wave's transmission of these products must pass through the launching and receiving of antenna. The basic function of antenna is to deliver electromagnetic energy between free space and guiding device. The guiding device is just like the transmission line, the coaxial line and the wave guide. In many conditions, the antenna needs to strengthen its signal in one direction, while weaken its signal in other direction. Therefore, the antenna holds the post of the very important position in the wireless network construction. How to complete wireless network’s establishment by the most appropriate antenna, must be based on the environmental conditions and the antenna characteristics, after undergoing the calculation and actual test. This paper is mainly to exploit the referring factors and essential requirements of the base station under construction. Further, we take the Suao Town, Yilan County as an example to carry on the optimization of the antenna deployment.
