Food is the first priority to people's survival, and cleanness is the first priority to food. In recent years, problems associated with food sanitation emerged, but now many men's doing are seriously threatening the food sanitation. From mad cow disease to China's melamine milk scandal, food sanitation management has caused a great deal of concern by the Government and the community. Therefore, the establishment of food sanitation management system and the implementation of food sanitation management have become the major, and inevitable issues that the world is facing. In view of the EU's and Japan's legal systems of food sanitation management and the supervisions of the systems, our Legal Management System of Food Hygiene and Safety need to identify the shortcomings of the related regulation in the country, in order to propose more adjustments to our Act Governing Food Sanitation.
