BTCSCC was established seventeen years, waiting to find a suitable donor blood disease increasing, as BC December 31, 2010, more than 24,500 patients to make matching bone marrow center applications, but it only provides a smooth 2,375 patients with stem cells successfully transplanted patients with less than the rebirth of one percent of total applications, it is suffering from blood diseases for the Chinese is still an untold pain for patients and their families are not only physical and financial burden also has a heavy mental stress. In the database of BTCSCC, though there are already more than 330,000 volunteer donor, but only half of patients can be found in the center of potential bone marrow donor matching consistency, but there is more than half of the donors, in the initial pairing is successful and patients, said it could not meet the donation. When the initial pairing is successful, with the majority of donors do not want to exist, but significantly reduces the patient to find the probability of potential donors consistency. Therefore, how to find willing donors, and donors are willing to improve the rate of BTCSCC has been unable to break through and solve the problem! This study analyzed BTCSCC the past five years, with preliminary matches for patients with donor wishes, about 18,000 people. Through the Data mining domain, the famous "Decision Tree" to construct to belong to BTCSCC’s decision tree. We can find in addition to "join year", the "join age" is also detectably the influence donates the wish finally a big key. By this the results of this study can identify the donation will rate more highly the group also hopes to take this and research to improve the rate of hematopoietic stem cell donor is willing to enhance the survival of blood disease patients want to!
