Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 課程設計與潛能開發學系 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the school bullying behavior and explore the relationships between parent’s rearing attitude, self-esteem, school climate, depression tendency and school bullying. To accomplish this goal, “Bullying Behavior scale”, “Parent’s Rearing Attitude Scale”, “Self-esteem Scale”, “School Climate Scale” and “Depression Scale” were used. A total of 1071 public junior high school students in Yilan County were asked to fill out the questionnaires. Statistical analyses such as T test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression were administered to answer research questions. The conclusions drawn from the data research are as follows :
一、“Verbal bullying” happened most on the campus.
二、There are significant distinctions by gender in victimized, bullying and observing behavior of junior high school students.
三、Victimized behavior of junior high school students by “parent’s rearing attitude” was significantly different.
四、The self-esteem for victim is lower than that for bully and bystander.
五、School climate perceived by the victim, bully and bystander is lower than non-participant.
六、Bully/Victim has more depression tendency than other role of bullying behavior.
七、Parent’s demanding and parent’s response were significantly correlated to victimization.
八、Parent’s demanding and mother’s response were significantly correlated to bullying behaviors.
九、School climate was significantly correlated to victimized, bullying and observing behaviors.
十、Depression tendency was significantly correlated to victimized, bullying and observing behaviors.
十一、Being “male” could predicted victimized, bullying and observing behaviors.
十二、Mother’s demanding could predict bullying behaviors.
十三、“Self-esteem” could predict bullying behavior.
十四、“School climate” could predict victimized and bullying behaviors.
十五、“Depression tendency” could predict victimized and bullying behaviors.
Lastly, based on conclusions of this study above, this researcher proposed concrete suggestions for the references to schools, policy makers and further research
