Hence middle-aged labor perceived to receive less dorganizational support and more job insecurity. The study held a questionnaire survey to interview middle-aged labor who is full-time staff in service industry and between 45 to 65 years old and investigated the relationships amoug organizational support, self-directed learning, job involvement, and job security. A total of 300 questionnaires were issued, recovered 282 valid questionnaires and the rate of return was 94%. By analyzing data, the results showed: (1) Organizational support influences the job security positively. (2) Job involvement influences the job security positively.
