| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 國際企業學系 === 99 === This thesis aims to take the case marine hardware manufacturer for example to explore the key factors affecting the supplier selection of marine hardware manufacturers in consideration of reducing the cost and diversifying the business operating risk. The hierarchy structure of the key factors will be obtained by the Modified Delphi method and then the AHP method will be applied to construct the evaluation model of supplier selection. The main criteria of supplier selection are the reduction of production cost, product design and innovation, achieving delivery on time and safely, and customers’ satisfaction. The results of the thesis will help to enhance the relationships between customers and marine hardware manufacturers. The conclusion of the thesis can serve as a reference for enterprises’ decision makers in selecting the supplier.
