The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among Serious Leisure Traits, Leisure Participation, Continuous Involvement, and Happiness of the High-Tech Industry Employees. We obtained a total of 482 valid questionnaires by purposive sampling.The responses were employees of High-Tech industry. The content of questionnaires contained “personal background questionnaires”, “leisure participation questionnaires”, “continuous involvement questionnaires” and “happiness questionnaires”. We analyzed the collected data by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability, canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, and then verify research purpose and hypothesis. Moreover, we can understand how much the variables can be predicted. The results showed that serious leisure traits of the employees of High-Tech industry have positive impact on leisure participation. Serious leisure traits and leisure participation of the employees of High-Tech industry have positive effect on continuous involvement. Continuous involvement leisure activities of the employees of High-Tech industry have positive impact on happiness.Finally, according to the results, we provide specific suggestions for the employees of High-Tech industry -related units that can help them planning and management of future reference.
