Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study was to explore relationships between knowledge sharing and classroom management effectiveness for elementary school teachers of central Taiwan.By adopting questionnaire method, there were 269 questionnaires collected and 260 valid questionnaires obtained. The valid respose rare was 96.6%. The conclusions were summarized as followed:
1. The elementary school teachers generally had high perceptions of knowledge sharing.
2. The elementary school teachers generally had high perceptions of classroom management effectiveness.
3. Significant differences were found on the part of teachers’ perception of knowledge sharing according to the consideration of the size and region of their school.
4. Significant differences were found on the part of teachers’ perception of classroom management effectiveness according to the consideration of the region of their school.
5. There were positive correlations between knowledge sharing and classroom management effectiveness.
