Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 99 === This study is aim to use counseling concept integrating into classroom management and to develop classroom management strategy. The research subjects are 20 second-year students in a Nantou primary school. The influences on counseling concept integrating into classroom management towards students’ behavior management strategies, relationship enhancement between teachers and students and their self-efficacy performance can be concluded. The method is by using action research. Through applied counseling theory, researcher collect data and analyze information by file collection observation combining with written notes and interviewing, then encoded the data and the research diary was written. All information shows the coordination with the main research purpose and how to precede reflection and explanation by the method. The result was then analyzed and presented in story. The researchers continue reflecting on the action research and conclude results as follows: 一、Behavior management (一) To inspire the strength of students. (二) To solve problems and find out the crucial reasons. (三) To apply encouragement system and establish rules of classroom. 二、Relationship between parents, students and teachers (一) Teachers need to communicate and cooperate frequently with parents. (二) The importance of teachers’ emotional management. (三) Establish strong relationship between the two generations. 三、Students’ self-efficacy enhancement (一) Let students understand they are capable of doing things. (二) Provide chances for students to perform themselves. (三) Be positive with students. (四) Encourage and enhance students’ confidence.
