Therefore, efficiency is important to promote alternative-fuel vehicles and to expand the infrastructure to supply alternative fuel supply. This study explores the facility location problem for the alternative-fuel in public transportation industry. This study develops a mathematical model using an effective heuristic algorithm with LINGO10.0 to compare the test results to show the advantages of algorithm solution.
