Summary: | 博士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 企業管理學系 === 99 === The study aims to examine: (1) why we need to develop the flexibility of core technological capability and what conditions there are and (2) why we need to develop the fit of patents deployment in the word and how to measure and (3) why we need the dynamic capabilities and what specific elements there are. Drawing on the dynamic capabilities perspective, the study proposes seven research propositions about building patents deployment models on dynamic capabilities perspective. Those seven propositions have obvious effects on the competitive advantages of building patents deployment in the world. They are as follows. First, the environmental complexity, this is positive influence the motivation of developing the flexibility of core technological capability. Second, the flexibility of core technological capability, this is positive influence the fit of patents deployment in the world. Third, market opportunities and technology application, this is constitution of the fit patents deployment. Fourth, the fit of patents deployment, this is positive influence the result of patents deployment performance. Fifth, resource and instant information, this is constitution of dynamic capabilities. Sixth, the dynamic capabilities, this is positive influence the form of the flexibility of core technological capability. Seventh, the patents deployment performance, this is positive influence the competitive advantage of dynamic capabilities.
