We use a hydrostatic bearing in recess due to a gap variation which causesd pressure differences and membrane deformation. As a result, the gap and hydrostatic resistance changed and the output pressure and flow rate to oil gained compensation. Firstly, we analyze the membrane restrictors for the hydrostatic bearing structure design. In the theoretical analysis , to make use of Finite Difference Method, to solve the Reynolds equation, the bearing system was also developed to perform the clearance variable、orifice flow rate、pressure distribution、load capacity、stiffness of the hydrostatic bearing of a pocket. Finally, the Newmark integration method and the Finite Difference Method, which takes into account the equilibrium of the mass flow rate and the squeeze film effect, are used to analyze the time-dependent dynamic behaviors at each step. We combine both of them in order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic bearing as well as the table, in order to design the table supported by hydrostatic bearing system.
