Therefore, the application of ultrasonic frequency spectrum that used for glass cutting process in TFT-LCD industry will lower the cost and increase the quantity of output. An integral monitor system applied with electric circuit design has established in this work based on the original concept. We use the ultrasonic frequency spectrum system to monitor the cutting condition and to ensure the quality control. So that, the strength of the glass edge could be controlled in steady condition while perform the glass cutting process. In this work, we tried to build up an easy monitor and compact system for ultrasonic signal processing that includes software programming and hardware configuration. So far, we are having preliminary measure data and verification. The application of this research includes ultrasonic circuit design and several components that will be introduced in the following: an ultrasonic circuit by software design, a practice of circuit board and testing, A Labview program for data collecting and processing via a DAQ card. 沈志雄 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 53 zh-TW |

non-destructive testing. Therefore, the application of ultrasonic frequency
